1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RD AI ENGINE (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and the RD AI ENGINE platform, website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information and to keep it current at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
The Service provides competitive intelligence, market monitoring, reporting, and AI-assisted analysis tools for business use. The Service may include automated data extraction, event detection, analytics dashboards, reports, and notifications. We may update, improve, or modify features over time to maintain service quality, security, and performance.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
Use the Service for illegal surveillance, harassment, fraud, or unlawful competitive conduct;
Violate third-party rights, including privacy or intellectual property;
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
Use bots or automation in ways that overload the Service beyond your plan limits.
5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are solely responsible for the legality of your use of data obtained through the Service and your internal decisions based on AI-generated outputs. The Service provides decision-support information and does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice.
6. SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING, AND RENEWAL
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Billing is processed through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, under their applicable terms. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for your selected plan until canceled.
7. FREE TRIALS AND FREE PLANS
If offered, free trials are available for the period specified at sign-up. Unless canceled before the trial end, paid billing may begin automatically. Free plans may have limited features or quotas and may be modified with prior notice.
8. CANCELLATION
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until that date. No prorated credits are provided for unused time.
9. REFUND POLICY
Because the Service provides immediate access to digital tools, fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds for duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, or material service unavailability. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date to support@rdaiengine.app.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Service, including software and AI models, remains the exclusive property of the Company. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service. You retain ownership of content you provide (“Customer Content”), but grant us a license to process it to provide the Service.
11. CONFIDENTIALITY
Each party agrees to protect the other party’s confidential information using reasonable safeguards and to use it only as necessary for performance under these Terms.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Service may integrate third-party services (e.g., payment processors, AI providers). Your use of such services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party products beyond our control.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Fes, Morocco.
